Kesubos, Chapter 4, Mishnah 11. Before us is another of the clauses of the kesubah which is binding even if it was not written out explicitly: the husband's obligation, and after his passing the obligation of his estate, to provide food, support and care for the daughters born to him from this woman whom he married.
The wording of the clause in the kesubah:
"Banan nukvan di yehevyan lich minai" - the daughters that I will have from you, from my wife.
"Yehevyan yasvan b'veisi" - they will sit and dwell in my house, even after I depart from this world.
"U'mitzanyan minichsai" - and they will be supported from my property.
"Ad d'tilkachan l'guvrin" - until they are married to their husbands; until the time of their marriage they are entitled to be supported from the property.
And even if the husband did not write this condition in the kesubah, he is bound by it, for this is a stipulation of the court - just like all the other parts of the kesubah.
The limit of the obligation:
It is worth mentioning a point we already addressed earlier in the chapter: this obligation exists only until the daughter becomes a bogeres. Once she has become a bogeres, even if she has not yet married, this law is no longer in force.
In summary: In this Mishnah we learned about another stipulation of the court included in the kesubah - the obligation to provide the daughters' support from their father's property, and their residence in his house even after his passing, and this lasts until their marriage and no later than their becoming a bogeres.
